3. How to Initiate a Return

• A brief, clear reason for the return (e.g., damaged item, wrong size, change of mind).

• A photo or video of the product (required if the item is claimed to be damaged or defective).

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

• Customer covers the cost: For all other returns (such as selecting the wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

We strongly advise utilizing a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery back to our facility. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
